In my last post, I mentioned Graylyn was one of my favorite locations to shoot. Well, that wedding was Friday. The very next day I got to shoot at another one of my favorite ever locations, Duke Chapel! The size and beauty is breathtaking. Not only was it a Duke wedding, but the reception was at the amazing Washington Duke Inn. It’s nice to shoot at great locations, but the best treat is to shoot for wonderful people. . It’s important because you are around them all day, and they are your primary subject. I love to shoot for expressive, genuine, fun, happy, smiling, and relaxed people. Yes, I’m talking about you, Megan : ) Megan was so fun and happy all day! I’m mean she clapped and cheered when she saw the stylists results for each of her bridesmaids hair. She just soaked in her day and enjoyed each moment. And it was just an amazing day! The people were amazing, the locations were amazing, and the party was amazing. Nobody rocks a reception like tHE.DESIGN ! I first worked with them last year and when Megan asked me about a band, I couldn’t say enough good things about them. They offer a unique experience for the wedding guests. The details (as you will see below) were insane!
